So I was about 2/3rds of the way through sewing together the welted pocket on my 1812 wool roundabout when I realized that I had done something wrong. Making progress on my 1812 roundabout.

Going days on end on nothing but caffeine.

I've spent most of the last 10 days laid up in bed, with a staph infection on my leg. It was caught fairly early, and I enjoyed the attention of a cute sergeant, and a lovely PA (both females, if you were confused), and then a week of daily packing of the wound, and taking antibiotics twice a day. So, I spend another day sitting around, waiting for a mission. I've been bad about letter writing, I have a bunch to put in the mail, but I haven't. I'll write some today and get them out.
