Since my library came back to full strength a week ago, I've had two books transferred, had them arrive at my local branch, picked them up and read them both. MY LIBRARY IS BACK, BABY. My city got cyberattacked in February. Each individual computer system for the entire city had to be rebuilt, because *we had no backups or alternates*.
