The funniest moment of tonight's Art Brut show was when Eddie Argos stopped the band in the middle of "Emily Kane" and gave a lecture about how we "shouldn't listen to people in bands, unless it's the Mountain Goats or Jonathan Richman."  Sound advice, Eddie. Sound advice.

By the way, if you think that Emo is a recent phenomenon, go listen to "For Want Of" by Rites Of Spring, and try to deny that everything Fall Out Boy or The Academy Is... has done is not a rewrite of that song...
