Okay, I seriously need a job.

So far, there are four things I miss about Los Angeles: 1) My friends, 2) Trader Joe's, 3) the beer. I barely drink, but we went into a 7-11 the other day and all they had in the way of beer was Bud, Miller, and Coors, and some Corona stuck up in the corner. Earlier today, I spent $90 at Whole Foods. And I don't have three children. The same groceries would have been half that at Trader Joe's. I miss Trader Joe's so much I just called their main office (where an actual human answered the phone) and requested a Denver store. So after my rant/explosion yesterday about my thesis, I have now come to see how wrong I was. The changes I have to make to my conclusion are obvious and (hopefuly) easy. My committee was so right. So I feel better.

So I had my thesis defense. It went fine except that I am NOT AT ALL DONE. They liked my thesis, but they all hated my conclusion. They detailed what I should do with it, and it made sense at the time, but as soon as I leave it turns into macaroni and I have no idea what the fuck. I'm so sick of this shit. I have my thesis defense today. I keep reminding myself that I should be more nervous. It's not that I'm so confident that my thesis is a masterpiece or anything.
