I sent a complaint to the Hamilton Street Railway about one of their drivers. In retrospect, it probably would have been a good idea to wait until I'd calmed down a bit to send the message. I'm not sure how well the HSR will take to my referring to one of their operators as a "surly meat-mountain".

Switching jobs: I don't know how the general public does it without getting their asses fired. Today I had to bugger off for a full three hours for some mighty intensive "medical testing".
