I made a test batch of cranberry-pumpkin bread (original recipe
here) last night for a potluck at work today. I'm glad I did. I didn't have cornmeal, so I just replaced it with more regular flour. The orange zest was a bit pithy, which I think was due to me picking thin-skinned oranges and my inelegant, overzealous zesting on the tiny-holded side
