It is so good. If I hadn't made it myself I would swear there was butter in it, but I know there isn't - just vegetable broth, lemon juice, and olive oil. And the rice, of course, and onions and peas. But damn. Seriously. I should make this way more often.

I need to put it away so there will be some left for tomorrow!

I made a test batch of cranberry-pumpkin bread (original recipe here) last night for a potluck at work today. I'm glad I did. I didn't have cornmeal, so I just replaced it with more regular flour.
