I was thinking about inspiration and motivation today. Two totally different things, but both are important in spades to a person's life.

My inspiration for writing comes from everything around me: environment, people I see, news. I take a little piece and let my imagination run wild. The result is the stuff I write.

Another week gone by, only this week is far different than most. I got my extra word goal in over the weekend, which made me quite happy. then I went to work. And then I found out that my good friend was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer.

I haven't been posting much because I finally started working on my novel, which leaves me with very little free time by the time I eat dinner, spend time with the family, and play WoW.
