Just for clarification...if we are a present member and have already filled out the poll to remain in the community, is it also necessary to go to newslytherins?

Did anyone else notice the woman at the Gathering in the cemetary? Is she supposed to be Narcissa? Why doesn't she wear the wonky hat, like the others? And speaking of Narcissa, was anyone else vastly disappointed that they didn't show her at the World Cup?
