Confession: sometimes, when I feel particularly masochistic, or a little too comfortable, settled in my musical tastes, I head over to Pitchfork and look up their review for an album that I particularly love.

Sometimes I hate the Internet because there is too much information - most of it inane, some of it interesting, precious little of it valuable - but when I make a concerted effort to get off Facebook and at least read some news (or, y'know, paragraphs of text as opposed to onomatopoeic comments), I come across fun reads that I will proceed to share ( Read more... )

watched Inception yesterday! It was somewhat mind-boggling but also awesome and I recommend it! I will write more intellectual thoughts about it later but for the meantime I feel the need to say this, because, well, I have time on my hands:

I'm really intrigued by the trailer for Inception! to be honest, I didn't know about this movie till the release of the full-length theatrical trailer a few days ago. Here it is:
