There's nothing quite like getting a bat out of your house at 0500 in the morning. It's almost better than caffiene...or it would be if you took away the whole shaking after the adrenaline's worn off thing. Updates on Life
So a few things from the last few days. I had my first follow-up blood pressure appointment with my doctor. So far she's only put me on a mild diuretic and I've been taking Fish Oil caplets on the advice of my brother. My blood pressure was 132/80. Not great but I believe it falls under "normal" and my doctor was very pleased. I will continue ( Read more... ) -

High Blood Pressure Update
I went to the doctor on Friday morning for my blood pressure follow-up. After about four tries at getting a reading (apparently I have deep veins), they determined that my blood pressure was still 140/100. Because I've had some leg swelling in the past and because that's a bad reading (but not horrible), the doctor put me on a mild water pill. ( Read more... ) -

Twisted Tea Light has Splenda!!! I suddenly want to go out and buy a whole fucking case of the stuff!! I have been looking for a low-cal alcohol ever since I found out about Splenda. Thank you Gods!
