For some reason (possibly a sucky scale) there's a huge differance in how I look at 130 vs. anything just under that... my stomach breaks the gross-pudge to acceptably almost flat line, and the bones in my wrist are visible... for some reason I fixate on my wrist bones.
today: bowl of soup fries 2 soft tacos- fajitamarinate chicken with onion & peppers and a bit of sour cream 1/2 piece of boston creme cake cups of ice water
walked over a mile today... not uber-healthy, but a well balanced day, I think.
This was pretty much the best week of my life. (stuff) makes me want to get my life- the parts of it I value- back on track. Intellegance, academics, health, emotions, mental stability... mm.
