Time is blowing by. I am so excited to go home but I'm going to miss it here so intensely. I doubt I'll live here again (even though I said the same thing about Calgary and now look at me). Living in SD has been such a trip.

so it begins
Today has been a beautiful day. Greg called in sick to work. He got up around 8 and I slept in until 9 (heavenly) and then we walked over to Rose Donuts with Buzz. Greg went in and got us bagels and I stood outside with the dog, enjoying the perfect summer morning. I used to love to write. It used to come so easily. Now when I sit down and try to blog it's so frustrating and difficult. I have such a hard time expressing myself clearly. I wanted to be a writer so badly and now it's a pain to try and blog because I just end up erasing it ( Read more... ) -
Happiness
So, Greg's officially a probationary Canadian! His permanent resident visa got approved and now he's allowed to live & work in Canada for as long as he wants! After 3 years, he can apply for citizenship. I'm so excited that he is on his way to becoming a Canadian! Someday I will be an American (or at least have a green card ( Read more... )
