I was jarred out from under my rock today when I learned The Get Up Kids are having a reunion tour, to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Something to Write Home About. Twenty-Seven
I turn 27 in two hours. *Sigh.*
I stayed in tonight and watched a film on the Sundance Channel called Wristcutters: A Love Story. I don't really have any plans for tomorrow either. In years past, I would have celebrated, but now, it feels like an ordinary Monday.

Forgiveness
This holiday season, I felt like I was suspended in the moment between dreaming and awakening. So much is happening in the lives of my friends and family. Sometimes it makes me feel like an observer. If I could just slow life for a moment, I think I could catch up. Maybe.

. . . Must Come To An End.
This is to be my FINAL post for the foreseeable future.
Tomorrow my brother arrives to help load my belongings, and this town will begin the slow process of fading into memory. Next weekend I move out of Charlottesville, and I go to Roanoke to face the bar exam. I'll just pack up all my belongings and not come back.
