Argentina's Supreme Court today decriminalized personal use of small amounts of marijuana, saying, "The state cannot establish morality.. Each adult is free to make lifestyle decisions without the intervention of the state," the court ruled, throwing out jail terms for eight people convicted of having marijuana cigarettes.

Saw doctor, got medicine, hopefully feeling better soon.  As if in response to my insomnia, I return home from the doc visit and there are new, alien flowers opened up.  I didn't know we had any, but the Moonflowers finally have risen up and they bloomed in the daytime, which seems really funny to this insomniac...
