Since the demise of the old-school Seahorse and Stage Nine, would trying to open a new downtown rock bar be brilliant or insane?

Something happened to the aforementioned roommate's cat. I'm not sure what, she just left me a note saying that she had to rush Izzy to the vet and that she'd call me later, which of course means a vet bill of at least $200, which I'm going to refuse to pay for unless it's something like she'll die if I don't. So one of my room mates has a hard time thinking about anything other than what she wants, right here, right now. She's broke because she spends all her money on purchases that amount to nothing, such as shoes and clothes. She owes me a shit load of money. So, being a cumpulsive dumpster diver and packrat, I have a ton of stuff I need to get rid off / sell off before I move. Has anyone ever tried an LJ selling journal before, or even ebay? How'd that work out? Or is just a good old fashion yard sale my best bet?

So I guess my roommates subletted this place out this morning.
