*backtracks* Well...except in your five times L/K bend the rules challenge fic, which I'm going to post later today. That isn't a very happy ending. Blame RDM! The man has no Christmas spirit...

I'm so glad you didn't have them rush straight into each others arms when he walked throught the door - I liked that inital awkwardness and how it gradually eased, and the dance, and just... awww!
And Lee's reaction to Kara not being there the next morning! So realistic, because this had been buggin me on the show since they got together - the fact that even though they made up, how could Lee bring himself to trust her again if they never actually dealt with those issues. You did that really well, and I'm so glad you had kara explain why she did what she did. (And Lee's bewildered reaction - lol! so cute!) I am going to take this as gospel, and pretend they really did have that conversation on the show.
Thank you for this wonderful sequel, my dear!

This is why I can't see them getting together on the show yet, because they need to talk about all these issues rather than just ignoring them. Until they do, they're just going to fall into the same pattern and break apart again.
I wanted to make this last chapter a bit uncertain and show that they both still had trust issues, but at the same time make readers feel that they would work through it and be happy together, although it might take a while and have a few upsets on the way!
