I just finished Disco Bloodbath (not on my initial summerlist) and I thought it was interesting. Not very climactic but enough excitement to be a good recollection of events. Storytelling. You know. lists dont work! i havent read anything i put on mine yet, and already started four others that werent on there. but thats okay because ive got the whole summer and these books are really interesting. i guess fiction just isnt my thing

Has anyone read Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami? My friend gave it to me a year ago and said it was one of his favorite books ever. I started reading the first three and a half chapters and found myself really bored. Does this thing get better before it gets worse?
