A lot of the kids at school think that "Michael" is actually "Maikou." This is pretty funny for me.

I have noticed that a lot of Chinese people seem to have very short thumbs in proportion to the rest of their hands. Every time I see one of them I think about Kym.

Too tired to really write anything. I don't remember Christmas being this hard. So many invitations. The other day on the bus a kid showed us a picture of grapes for no reason and Mike said "grapes." Now all the kids in that class think my named is pronounced grapes.

So lately the other teachers have been making a big deal about Christmas and asking us how we are going to celebrate and all. Then today Aima came and told us that the school wants us to come in on Christmas morning to give a speech to the school about the importance of Christmas for Americans. In the grocery store it struck me today that they have a huge aisle with nothing but ramen noodles. Later I was thinking about it over dinner with Mike and noticed that the ramen noodles aisle is as big as cereal aisles in America are, but the cereal section is about the size of an American ramen aisle.
