So I finally took my car in to the Jiffy Lube this morning, to get the oil changed.  And shocking shock, it is now no longer making that god-awful sound it's been making for the past week and a half.

So I just watched Hellraiser.  It was gross.  And kinda creepy.  In fact, it was so gross that I'm now watching Hellbound: Hellraiser II.

Eww, that lady has no skin!!!!   Ahhhhhhhhhh.  Actually this was made in 1988 so she kinda looks like she has no skin, but has been dipped in liquid Jell-O.

We have a college of engineering and aviation on the Saint Louis University campus, and there is one of those small twin engine planes in front of the aviation building.  (It's a real plane, but it's old, and anchored to the ground, so its not going anywhere.)

So classes start tomorrow.  Wheeeee.  I've completed almost all of my reading and I have my assignments completed, because I am truly awesome.

I opened my box of $800 worth of text books yesterday.  Sadly, none were encrusted with rubies or lined with gold filigree, as I thought $800 worth of text books should be.  I do have several giant hard back ( Read more... )
