Parent- child interactions, somewhere along the way the role reverses, we the offspring start to take care of them, they may resist at first but after a while they will give in much like we did when we were kids. Enroute to NOLA the timing belt of the corolla decided to go bye bye shredding the engine in the process. I feel devestated at the loss of the vehicle but grateful that I am alive and well, managed to coast the vehicle thru traffic 3 lanes and just making an exit ramp and rolled to a strip bar parking lot (Gold Cup).
