ok that was a weird dream.  I was on The Dating Game in the 1970's, and all the contestants were celeberities - only one i remember was Arnold Schwarzenegger.  And each time I asked one of them a question, the host of the show would stand behind them and sing about whether or not that person was 'my perfect match'.  WEIRD.

I had very frenetic dreams last night, but the only parts I remember clearly were chasing and trying to catch a probably rabid squirrel which bit me twice, and singing Enormous Penis with about 50 other people as a giant chorus.  I did the trumpet solo because I was embarrassed to be the only one who didn't know the words.  :P

Ski trip to Killington some time in January.  Who wants in?  It'll probably be midweek, and therefore involve taking a few days off of work.

I'm very seriously thinking about not working as a snowboard instructor this winter.  I am feeling like I don't have enough time to get things done already - and I am only working 5 days a week.  Working at Jiminy would push it to working 7 days a week, only having two days a month off, and would make me overwhelmingly exhausted all the time.  So I ( Read more... )

The cymbalta side effects eventually did get more mild, but they were making me miserable as heck.  I eventually called the doctor, and now I'm back to the old standby, paxil.  Hooray for paxil!  I'm sure cymbalta works great for some people, but for me it was not fun.  No norepinepherine for me ( Read more... )

Last night I dreampt that I was snowboarding, on the first day of natural snow up at Jiminy.  Two of the other instructors decided to have a race, just for me.. mostly because I don't go very fast.  It was a fun dream, I was sad to wake up!
