So these past few days have been really good. I put some photos, and mementos and prints up on the walls, and I want to get some magnets so I can start putting things on the refrigerator door. So I'm updating from one of the computers in the S.F. State library. I haven't set up internet or phone in my apartment yet. Yesterday, my mom, brother and I cleaned up what we had left from pulling up the carpet, and fixed up my room so that it's livable. Work is going well..I work when the store opens, mostly, so it's very slow, and Sonja or Curtis and I get to talk while I decorate cakes. It's so laid back and easy. I love it. I don't get tips, because I never help customers, but I get paid mad scrill, so I'm not too hung up ( Read more... ) -

I just sat down and wrote two pages without stopping for a story that is turning into an even longer story than I expected. I thought I knew where it was going, but I totally didn't, and I still don't, and I love love love it. I have so much creative energy happening these days. It feels amazing. I feel like everything I put my hands to turns out -

Phew. These past few days! Basically, I had Tuesday through Thursday off, which meant two things: 1. I got a lot of reading and writing done. Most of the writing ended up getting deleted (by me, on purpose) because it wasn't up to par. And 2. taking a lot of pictures.
