So 56 was just a rest day instead of a stretch. So i missed out on 2 or 3 days of the recovery week. But yesterday was a bear of a day. Not only did I do the workout at 4:40, but then I played two basketball games, 45 minutes a piece, at 7:30, and 9:00. Got talked into doin a league on tuesdays, so it was pretty brutal.
