Plyos.  I'm getting a lot higher on some of my jumps, just seems a lot more springy.  I would love to give my legs a day of rest and then see how high i can jump on a bball court.  See if I can dunk again.  I'd probably wanna run or so for a week, eat healthy and trim up just a bit.  I've been falling off the wagon a bit with food.  I find myself ( Read more... )

Finally getting to my posts and I'll make these nice and short.  Chest/tri/shoulder day was semi-brutal.  I would like to do this with the video one day to pace myself. 

 Rested successfully.  Had a big meal for lunch today, and that's pretty much been my break.  I'll get back on the crazy horse this week since next week will be our "rest" week.  Ofcourse it'll still be brutal i'm sure with those core syn days.  Next month is going to be interesting with the alternating days, i'm excited.  Alright dude, keep it up ( Read more... )

The legs and back workout yesterday was great!  I was a bit sick, and kicked some ass on my pull-ups.  So check out the reps!  Also the Kenpo section is awesome.   I dont know what you are talking about it might be my favorite workout.  I throw my kicks and punches as hard and as fast as I can.  And i usually keep the double time going the entire  ( Read more... )

Horrible day for plyo yesterday.  I just stopped, not even halfway through.  At work, there was a strange chemical smell from 6 to 8, and I noticed as I was going home that my sinuses were super dry.  By the time I got home, I could feel the back of my throat cracking and no matter how much I drank, I couldn't get the sinuses working again.  I just ( Read more... )
