Back when I was growing up (I'm afraid that was quite a while ago), when someone earned a place on their school's honor roll, their parents and family were very proud. I just finished spending three weeks helping my parents pack up for their annual move north.

Part of the job includes moving things around outside so that they aren't a risk in case of a hurricane.

So as of now, I have a new job title.

"Mover of large rocks and palm trees".

Who knew that a mid-life career change could be so much fun! ;-)

The town I live in recently put red reflector strips on the post of every stop sign so that you shouldn't fail to notice this big red reflective thing in front of you.
