I spent a very long time thinking about this question - guess I never really paid any attention to weddings or the ones I watched weren't all that special? I swear the only wedding that kept popping into my mind was this one, so it had to be my choice:

It's quite special and peculiar with the snow and the chairs in the street and the steel drums and Monica's OCD and the "I'll be my something blue", LOL! It's nice that Mike was not one of the core characters but it is quite believable that these two could work. Sorry about the cut in the video, their vows were cute but clearly according to the video maker the lines at the end were more deserving to stay in the video!
