Of your bunch, Theoden is the only really active one. Theoredes and Theodwyn and both Eowyns appear once in a blue moon which would make them due to show up in....July. There's also a recently re-animated Eomer.

And the ruling Rohirrim are your ancestors, dear, not your cousins. ...ok, fine, technically they're cousins, too. Just really, really old ones.
