I was at West Coast Sushi Tei for dinner around 7.30PM. At 8.30PM I asked for a refill for my Sukiyaki soup. I asked 3 waitresses at regular intervals because the refill didn't seem to be coming. Yesterday, I tweeted about how I was so happy that my sister is eating normally again. I believe I speak on behalf of many dissatisfied Starhub customers out there, with regards to their messy billing procedures and poor customer service. My first unhappy incident with Starhub was when I was charged hundreds of dollars for GPRS usage on my phone, when I don't even use my phone to surf the internet. i don't understand what people on Bakerzin's Facebook page are complaining about the vouchers for. Vouchers always come with T&Cs. If you find out you can only use the vouchers on weekdays, should you be surprised?
