Can't believe I am saying this, but I am actually happy that it is finally winter. More time with friends and family and my cat is feeling all loving and cuddly. Only issue I have is that it is almost the one year anniversary of Draco's death. I only just started to be able to think of him without crying and now I am getting all weepy again. Brain vomit
Life is fun right now. Found out that I have 2 cavities, but new dentist can fix them both for $300. Which I will have come appointment time Oct 20th. Not too bad after not seeing a dentist or having teeth "professionally" clean for at least 5-6 years. Nice Dr. too. Going to give me drugs to relax me as I found out when he was checking my teeth, ( Read more... ) -

Have to say, even though I have been alone most of the week, it has been pretty good anyway. I went to a meditation circle on Monday that was WONDERFUL and did my own meditation to a CD yesterday. Got in some walking after work and plan on going to a Reiki circle tonight. May be filling my Thursdays up with pottery too, now. Going in after work to ( Read more... ) -

Found a movie for us to watch Vorcephrus, it's called Vampires Suck and it is an entire movie making fun of Twilight and its crazy fans. Done by the Scary Movie ppl. You know you want to watch it with me.....Look up the trailer, I nearly pee'd my pants. -

Nothing new to update, really, except that I feel it is TOO FREAKING HOT and that I have 2 days IN A ROW off to myself. Whoa. And my mother wants to re-write my plenty of fish profile as she obviously knows me so well. *sigh* I love her, but sometimes...I wish I really could be myself in front of her. I'm MELTING................
It is 8am and it is 25 degrees in my office. That means that by the end of the day, it will be 38 degrees at my desk; 10 degrees higher than outside. WTF is wrong with this building?! It is 10 degrees colder in the winter and 10 degrees more in the summer? Shouldn't that be the other way around? Going to Pennington's summer sale and buying a ( Read more... )
