Amazingly accurate depiction of depression...
This isn't much of an entry, but the vast majority of this post does a stunning job of depicting depression. -
And it's done!
First pass of Novel One is finished! YAY! I need to go find that LJ icon of kermit the frog totally spazzing out for joy. 96K words! It still needs some spell check and revisions for consistency, but hopefully within two weeks or so my beta readers with have it back to me and I'll have it all polished!

Yay! 43,300 words! the 50k mark is in sight! and I still haven't really started the A plot... D'oh. Ah well, this it more of a slice of life story than anything. Woohoo! I've passed the 25K word mark. I've also been doing some thinking about the long range plans for this world. One of the original characters I came up with was the Fairy King. ok so... I wrote like jack this week. tomorrow's sunday and I'm onlly about 3,000 words up from last week. le sigh. I'm pretty close to being finished with the latest death however. After this one I think I only haave to kill two more people before things start picking up in the plot.

So I spent another three hours writing, and (while I did write a 500 word alternate scene that was awesome and unusable) I only got about 700 words written. WOO! Almost exactly five days to write half of the NaNoWriMo goal! Awesome. I'm also only approximately halfway through day two of nine. Oh boy. -
