• Clonazepam 15(?) MG 2/pd (actually a half one during the day, tends to make me bump into things, awesome for sleep though)

For the first time in quite a while, I went out to a Thing and danced. I'm incapable of dancing gently. I go from Zero to Thrash in 400 milliseconds. I've been told that it is at least fun to look at and even on occasion that I'm a good dancer. So, last week, I went to a monastery for just a few days. A co-worker asked if it was "relaxing." I experienced the release that only comes from enforced simplicity and good-quality meditation, so yes, it was relief from stress. But not relaxation in the usual sense.

( And I had a lot to think about. )

OK, so stuff I have avoided updating about. A lot of it looked like failure at the time, and frankly I'm not very good at being honest, ironically especially with my friends, about failure. So, I'm sorry about that to you good people. It's not how I really want to treat you when I'm thinking clearly.

I hate coming out of a depression. It's like some dickhead took over my life, and when I get back, there's a pile of undone stuff, strained relationships, and just plain mess, and now I'm the one who has to clean it up.

So, I get to play with Red Hat Enterprise Linux at work. I think it's anything but enterprise-worthy, but then I think that part of what you want is flexibility, because I'm usually working for outfits that are developing new technologies. What's the rule about italics and punctuation? I normally cease my italics once the quote or term or whatever thing needing emphasis is done with, using the main font for any punctuation. But it looks pretty bad if you're ending a sentence with an exclamation mark! Or what about if you have a powerful question?

Any guidance on this from you font
