Thank God House is back.  My only appointment tv show.  Although thanks to the new time slot, it goes up against Gilmore Girls, which, once it starts, will be my only OTHER appointment tv show.  Thank God for VCR's!

p.s.  even my rotten little 'hood kids were sad about Steve Irwin.  That kind of amazed me.  He had more name-recognition than most movie stars.  And that cheers me, man.

Awwww, i'm just so sad about Steve Irwin.  I got hooked on the guy after seeing that very first special.  He was just so.... sweet beneath all the hype.  I cried with him when his croc Mary died.  And when Suey got cancer.  He really had a lot of love ( Read more... )

It describes how a 71 y/o woman out doing her gardening was mauled to death in her own yard by the neighbor's dog.  The article says pit bull, but now they're saying they aren't sure what breed it is.
