Someone in the apartment next to ours is playing (what I'm guessing is) Soul Caliber III so loudly the walls are shaking.

I think it's still better than the guy across the way who for a couple hours every night SCREAMS every few minutes.

Also it's my birthday in four days whee.

I've been sort of nudging at my writing projects and 'verses recently, and working on a prompt experiment type thing just to get myself writing. My novel for last year's NaNoWriMo just got its ending - not the last chapter, which I wrote, and which is done, in its way, but the actual ending. Today was a good day. I have books! And I briefly had a Zoe. The Zoe went away, but the books stayed, which is a pretty decent average.

On the other hand my brother is at Comic-Con buying me comic books and picking out awesome things and calling me repeatedly to get my opinion and doing his absolute best to drag out my 25 bucks.

I would really prefer the world not fall into World War III just as me and all of my friends are starting at new colleges. This is bound to make everything much more inconvenient.
