I really detest cutesy spellings like "sammiches" for sandwiches.

I also detest people writing in non Standard English in a public forum.

Apparently what counts as a serving size differs from the Food Guide Pyramid and the Nutrition Facts label you see on products.

It seems utterly bizarre to me that here in California, I'm enjoying absolutely picture perfect gorgeous weather (complete with cloudless blue skies and a cool ocean breeze) while people living in Ivan's path are worrying about flooding, destruction, and lost lives.

Something good that I learned a couple days ago. I bank with Bank of America, but this would probably work with any other bank as well.
