Cheer for all the kids because everyone has a struggle
I am so happy the 8th grade class broke the rules and stood to cheer for the boy with Down syndrome and the girl in a helmet. They made some special kids feel very important today. Ok, I fell. Stop looking at me.
So yesterday I fell. Not like tripped over anything or got pushed, no, I fell off the sidewalk. There were witnesses and I was sure I was more embarrassed than hurt.
