I get almost sick
my neck and shoulders tense up
so does parts of my face
my throat and stomach
i get woozy too

behind all these physical reactions is crying

my body starts producing spit
and most of me calls for a vomiting sensation

i need and want to toss up!

my body needs to unlock itself

i want this to be over.

Why does the gear shift of my life taking such a long time .. ?
Is the cluch too fkn deep?
Is there no bottom ?
Am I out of gears?
Or do i only have fkn ONE gear ??

It really feels like nothing is going on in this frame i find myself in ..

The stillness after the storm.

it's like typing all these words creating sentences in here are completly unclose and unpersonal.
it does make sense when i think about now ..
i've been keeping things from myself
and now i am opening my own bible of secrets.

it was held by a therapist and it was on children in grief
