I am at a business master mind this week for my personal business (not my job). A Good Man
Today my Grandpa, Julious Begley, would have been 97. He was the best man I have ever known. He was a model of integrity, honesty, hard work, and humility. He was a pillar in his community and example for his family. I credit a lot of the ideals I have and standards to which I hold myself to his example and his life. I had a great 2 week work event in May. I had always used diversity and inclusion in my mind as almost interchangeable terms in relation to work. This event totally flipped my understanding of how these ideas work and how to truly be inclusive. When I put this on my phone, I was hoping it was like the facebook app and I would be able to browse my fl on my phone, which is why I'm on fb so much more than here. But apparently I can just post with it. This is my first try using it, so we'll see if I post more often.
