To those of your who suggested a greyhound: That's not an option for me as much as I would *love* to adopt an ex-racer. It would be sooo wonderful, but there are problems I can't deal with. My last two mice have died today... They were quite old for little white feeder mice. I'm just glad they went together as having one of them left alone would have broke my heart. Granted, I would have gotten another one but *that* one would have ended up alone shortly as I knew neither one of my girls were going to go on forever. Ugh... Edit: What' ( Read more... )

I'm going to be looking in Long Beach and surrounding cities in Los Angeles. Does anyone know of any pet-friendly apartments? The policy is usually one large dog when they allow large dogs, which is fine of course. I have a couple leads, but I wondered if anyone knew of any places off hand. =)
