Who here has read George Orwell's 1984? If you haven't, go out right now and do read it, it's a very interesting book. If you have read it, can anyone tell me what that form of government is called? Is it just a dictatorship, or is it something else? And what do people think of Oceania's culture?

Jesus Christ, I've really gotten confused about this whole hormone/emotion thing. I mean they weren't kidding when they said that adolescence was filled with confusion. But they sure were wrong when they said it was scary and unpleaseant. Or at least when they implied that it was.
