today is day ten of my fast. wow, i had no idea that i could resist food for so long. its kinda cool to see how fast just becomes normal after this long. my next goal is to lose 5 more pounds by friday- and i will probably reach that goal. i just have to drink lots of water and work out.

today is going pretty well altho i am very tiered. all i wanna do is sleep. thats about it! not much else to say right now, oh yeah i lost another pound! i'll write more when im not at school!
