Tonight I double booked myself, odd for someone who is basically being a permanent bum. I would love to be in two places at once, but I can't so Yoga on the beach it is. The weather has gotten nice and so it should be a nice time.

So Nina forced me to go swimming yesterday, but she did a good thing. I burned off the sushi I had in the afternoon with Karin. It was a double whammy day because I got to catch up with Karin my new friend, and Nina my long-time friend. Karin is so sweet, and it was so nice to talk to her about everything and anything. So I am back from visiting my sister in California. Pasadena where they live is rather posh, but also quite beautiful and it gives me comfort to know they are in the 'safe' part of LA.
