I'm pretty much done training and racing for the season. I raced on Saturday and had a good time, but I'm totally unmotivated to train seriously. I actually pulled myself out of two races next month and I'll just be doing a relay this weekend, and a fun travel-to-see-a-friend-in-med-school race next month. No training required. So here I am, just three days away from Ironman Coeur D'Alene, ID. All of the hard training is over, I've been letting my body rest and keeping the workouts short for about the last two weeks.
