This morning Martin and I had to take our puppy to be put down. He took a turn for the worst in less than 24 hours. It's weird that I don't find any blame in anyone about this. So does anyone want to help me spend $12,000?? My principal budgeted a HUGE portion of the grant money to me!!! So far I'm thinking a drum set, other random drum equipment, and timpani.

The one thing that I miss about my old teaching position was respect. I don't feel like I have any of that from my students at my new job. Funny thing is that it doesn't make me hate it. The fact that I get along with the staff and enjoy my schedule makes all the difference I think. Though, it does make me miss my old students.

I'm starting to feel it. I need a vacation. Bad. I'm sick, I'm tired, and I'm stressed. Don't get me wrong, I still like my job. The kids are now starting to be little devils though. I have never given out detentions before and now it's almost a daily event. Fun. I can't wait till Friday.
