I'm having one of those moods....

Where I google people I knew in high school. Hmmm.... so far, I've found a rather acclaimed photographer in Seattle. Hmmm....

I have discovered the bliss that is the apple martini. I do so love the apple martini.

On Tuesday I'm going to have one at Swig. There's a boy from work whose band will be playing that night. I've heard raves about the apple martini at Swig and I think it's my duty to critique it.

I made a fantastic discovery over the weekend. Apparently, I don't look half bad in a short, plaid, school-girl skirt with knee socks and loafers. I was headed to a downtown establishment to meet up with some friends on Saturday night and was just stunned by how warmly I was received. I want to be an ideologue. I could even make a case that I am one already. Which would then prompt the question Have I grown up? Well let's just put an end to such thoughts right here and now. So I had a couple of cool things happen to me this morning and I need to stop and recognize them before I forget entirely, even if it's only to make notes so I come back to it later.

First rehersal last night. Of course I'm over analyzing everything I said and did. It was breif, just a read-through. We start blocking tonight. I had several customers ask me this morning if I would be staying on at Starbucks. I laughed and assured them I wasn't going anywhere.

After a frustrating morning at work, I was very grateful to get the news that I landed a role in production for which I auditioned. Now Birdie wants to celebrate. I must lift myself up from the low the currently engulfs me.
