I was going to give RIT's library mad props for getting this book on Interstate standards from Clarkson. Then I discovered the version of the book they got is like twenty years old rather than the current one. I don't understand why Barack Obama would give the Secretary of State position to Hilary Clinton instead of Bill Richardson. During the primaries he kept pointing out how ridiculous it was that Hilary Clinton claimed she had foreign policy experience when it was actually just that she traveled around a lot. -
