I have sold my house! It is currently under contract and should close soon. I was able to sell it to a friend of mine who buys houses and then rents them out. I got the price I was looking for which should help me pay off a couple of credit cards and take me along the goal of being debt free in about two years ( Read more... )

So...I'm still not sure wither or not to contine make entries friend's only or not. I am almost positive that my ex still reads my live journal. Why...I don't know. I have moved on with my life and I wish she would do the same.
