Someone's top ten favorite SID tracks from Commodore 64 games: Top Ten SID versions. One can't help but note that most of these are by a Rob Hubbard (wiki). My favorite is the theme from Sanxion.

Slow serendipity
This morning, on NPR's Morning Edition I heard this story on The Fab Faux. But due to an audio problem during the end of the piece I discovered that the song "A Day in the Life" is quite delightful with a slower playback speed. Try playing it at 90% of full speed.

Eat my dust!
I blacked out the other morning. The doctor said it was probably low blood pressure and that I shouldn't get up and get out of bed right away (Okay!). Mom confirmed that there's no epilepsy or history of seizures in the family.

Songs about Trucking
I think I came up with this one three years ago, on our way out west, while going through eastern Oregon. There were a lot of long drives up and then down again. The down slopes had turn-offs for runway trucks.
