Busy Day
Today at work was pretty hectic. Well, maybe not hectic but surely a lot different than normal.

Writer's Block: Last Call
For me, it would depend on who was with me. If I were alone, it would be a toss-up between TJ and my dad. And it would be to say "I love you." -
Hanging in there
Today started out pretty good, but went downhill about the middle of my shift at work. I'm so used to calling him on Saturday nights to see how his night was. He usually had both jobs on Saturday so I didn't get to see him except for the half hour or so in between, and he'd be in bed by the time I got home. Feeling better
I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. Not much else to do when you can't sleep, and have to be quiet because of a 5-year old sleeping in the next room. I put myself into TJ's position, and started to understand where he was coming from.

Neil Diamond was wonderful
I went to the Neil Diamond concert tonight with Becca's mom Jane. It was awesome. The only other concert I've ever been to was Barenaked Ladies. I was in tears during a few songs. Especially the ones dealing with lost love. It felt like he knew what was going on in my life. It was a good night, though. He may be old, but he can still ( Read more... )
