Ever since Saturday morning, my world has been turned upside down. Today was the first day back at work this week after taking some of my use-it-or-lose it "vacation". Some vacation. My boss was nice enough to count yesterday as a vacation day, too. So in two weeks, instead of having a four-day weekend, I have a three-day weekend.

I woke up this morning as TJ was leaving for work. He must have overslept because he was in a bit of a hurry and not exactly quiet. That's okay. Gave me time to say goodbye to him. I need to vent. Just a warning if you read this, it's going to be long. But I just have to get this off my chest. My whole world seems like it's falling apart.

Happy me :)
Well this girl is a happy girl. I'm liking my part-time job so far. Even though I've only learned info on the company itself and not really anything I'll use on the floor. But the people are really nice, and it's a good cause. Plus the pay is nice.
TJ's birthday is this Sunday. I managed to get three days off from both jobs, and he has four. ( Read more... ) -

Trip
Okay...I'm FINALLY getting around to posting about my trip. Lol. It's only been almost two weeks. Hehehe.
Okay. So we left the apartment at 3am on Tuesday, but we had to drop off movies, fill up, etc before we left town. Of course, it had to start raining as we were loading up the car. Luckily it was a light rain. I drove the first part. TJ ( Read more... ) -
31 1/4 hours and counting!
Oklahoma, here I come! We hit the road at 3am Tuesday. I've got most of our clothes packed. We're on the way to the laundrymat now to do a few items we want to take with us. And we need to stop and pick up some munchies for on the way. Other than that, we just need to pack the stuff we're still using. I'll clean pet boxes right before we go ( Read more... )
