Well, haven't worked out for 2 days (though one day was scheduled rest), and not sure if I'll do today. Have an annoying standard head cold, so been keeping it low key the past two days. Week 3 of the program is the same order as the first two weeks, so no point in doing a daily update. Though I did "cheat" this week and substituted a 50 minute treadmill day for Cardio X, and adjusted speed / intensity to keep my heart rate in a certain range.
